Return Policy

Defective Parts:

We warranty all parts for one year. If a customer has a defective part, they should

contact the dealer they purchased the carrier from and/or EZRA DISTRIBUTING, Inc. for warranty

claims. If the part is a small minor part EZRA DISTRIBUTING, Inc. will ship out a new one as soon as

possible, free of charge. If the part is a main tube, carrier rail, ramp or other large part, we will send a call tag to reclaim the part. The part will be inspected at EZRA DISTRIBUTING, Inc., and if no abuse is

found to be the cause of the problem, we will then send a replacement part back to the customer via UPS ground, free of charge.

Return of carrier because of general dissatisfaction:

The carrier can be returned at the customer’s own expense within 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to EZRA DISTRIBUTING, Inc. 740 Navco Dr, Lafayette IN 47906.   There is a 20% restocking fee. It covers shipping to the customer and repacking costs. There may be additional charges for damages to the product.

In the case of shipping delays:

The customer may be entitled to monetary compensation from UPS. UPS

will guarantee transit times for next day, 2nd day, & 3rd day shipping and ground shipping to commercial addresses. We do try to get the product out the day of ordering or the day after ordering, during the workweek, but EZRA DISTRIBUTING, Inc. does not guarantee transit times. If there is a backorder for more than two working days we will contact you by phone.

In the case of damages during shipping:

Please, contact EZRA DISTRIBUTING, Inc. by fax,

telephone, or e-mail. We will contact UPS about the incident.
